22D-1175 Adhesive Spreader
The 22D-1175 Adhesive Spreader and Roll Coater is the largest of the standard 22-D machines produced by Black Bros. Co. Designed in sizes up to 110″ (2794 mm) wide and weighing up to 7,800 lb (3538 kg), the 22D-1175 Adhesive Spreader and Roll Coater is capable of handling the largest substrates currently in production. Its 11.75-inch (299 mm) diameter coating
rolls offer rigidity found in no other roll-coating machine. This model comes with an extensive list of standard features, including variable speed drive, as well as options to match the 1175 to your production environment.

- Automatic liquid level control – sensing unit insures a constant coating material level in the coating reservoir
- Automatic roll cleaning arrangement spray-cleans rolls during a preset series of forward/reverse roll rotation cycles
- Automatic Elevator – automates roll nip adjustment
