Black Bros. will again be displaying and demonstrating its industry-leading machines at the upcoming International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta, GA. The event takes place Aug. 25-28, 2022 at the Georgia World Congress Center and boast the slogan “All the New You Need.” The event will feature three exhibit halls with all the products and technologies to improve woodworking operations.
The Panel Express Laminating Line will be featured by Black Bros. in booth #5311. The system consists of improved versions of the company’s Over Stack Panel Feeder, Panel Cleaner, Adhesive Spreader, Laminate Indexing Station, Panel Express (which is a multi-nip Rotary Laminator with IR heaters), and Outfeed Scissor Lift. Together the in-line, continuous process enables top-and-bottom laminating of 240 panels per eight-hour shift and allows product to move from laminating into production without the need for additional curing or press time.
After taking the year off in 2020 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, IWF coordinators are anticipating a big year in 2022, and Black Bros. Director of Sales Todd Phalen agrees.
“The 2018 show was the largest in many years, and now with the 2020 being cancelled, the 2022 show has even more exhibitor floor space. Registration of attendees is up over 17-percent, and we look forward to another good show and expect to be working on many new orders during the fourth-quarter.”
