Simple in design and function, the Panel Assist Stacker by Black Bros. features a vacuum-suctioned arm which continuously grabs, guides, and releases freshly-laminated panels into a uniform stack. The new machine works in conjunction with the Panel Express heat-assisted rotary laminator and eliminates the need for operators to manually stack finished product.
The Panel Assist Stacker has been successfully tested to lift and move various-sized boards up to 5’x 12’ and can be installed with a new Panel Express System or retrofit to work with currently-operating machines.
