Cold Press Laminating System is designed for bonding decorative plastic, veneer, papers, foils, and other sheet products to particleboard, plywood, and other substrates in a continuous batch operation. This system is built around our 775 Adhesive Spreader for an accurate and complete layer of glue and our
Air Pod Press for keeping a stack under constant and consistent pressure while the glue cures.

Cold Press Laminating is the most efficient method for making panels in the wood industry. A system can be as simple as a glue spreader and a press, or as automated as seen in the photos at right, where a single operator can facilitate the laminating of panels at the rate of approximately 2-3 panels per minute (based on a 4′ x 8′ sheet size, and does not include pre-staging of materials).
