The Black Bros. Over Stack Panel Feeder boosts productivity while saving on labor costs. The most advanced way to introduce panels into your machine line, it has a pushing force up to 300 lbs. and is capable of running hard substrates as little as 1/8” thick and up to 5’x12’ at over 100 feet-per-minute — all while saving you floorspace with it’s reduced footprint. After each panel is fed, the accompanying scissor lift indexes upward, and the Over Stack Panel Feeder is immediately ready to continue the product flow.

The Black Bros. Pneumatic Panel Feeder offers a more economical option to automatically start your product flow. With a simple push of a button, the Pneumatic Panel Feeder’s 24” (610mm) air-cylinder stroke feeds panels from 1/2″ (12 mm) and thicker and up to 12′ (3658 mm) long into the machine line. The standard pass line of 44″ (1118 mm) allows building a 30″ (762 mm) stack of panels on the outfeed Scissor Lift equipped with a roller top deck.
