The Black Bros. Over Stack Panel Feeder boosts efficiency and productivity while reducing costs. The feeder’s design allows boards to be taken directly off the scissors lift and into the production line. The cylinder that feeds the boards is above the stack instead of behind the stack (as is on our Pneumatic Panel Feeder).
The Over Stack Panel Feeder features a reduced footprint, thus taking up less manufacturing floor space. The Over Stack Feeder allows panels of 4′ x 4′ up to 5′ x 12′ to be fed from a scissors lift into the first machine of your line. After each panel is fed, the scissors lift indexes upward, and the Over Stack Panel Feeder is ready to feed the next panel.
